What the Stakeholders Want

I was thinking about the famous what the customer wanted picture from a lot of the Scrum training course and started to think, although we say we're producing a product for the customer, the reality is we're producing a product for multiple stakeholders often with different and sometimes conflicting needs. So using my incredibly bad Paint.net skills with the help of Balsamic Mockups I thought I'd make a poster to amuse myself if no-one else.

What the customer needed

What Marketing liked

What copywriting wrote

What the customer wanted

What marketed thought

What copywriting wrote

What User Experience Wireframed

What the Brand team added

What the Development Estimated for

What User Experience Wireframed

What the Brand team added

What the Development team Sized

What SEO thought Google preferred

What the Sales team sold

What the Scrum Master planned

What the SEO team though Google preferred

What the Sales team sold

What the Scrum Master planned

What the Business Analyst Specified

What the Product Owner Understood

What was delivered

What the Business Analyst wrote in the Acceptance criteria

What the Product Owner understood they were getting

What was delivered, in an Agile method but, late and not meeting all the requirements

Well I hope someone else finds it atleast somewhat amusing.
